• CANCELLATIONS

    You must notify RedCooker immediately to cancel your order through RedCooker Support (080-67417904) and quote your order number. Acceptance of cancellation is subject to confirmation by RedCooker. RedCooker reserves the right refuse cancellation if:

    Preparation of Food Delivery has been completed.
    Delivery personnel is already out for delivery. Order status is in Dispatched.

  • REFUNDS

    Refunds are subject to acceptance of cancellation (Refer Cancellation Policy) and are only applicable on online payments.
    RedCooker will not be able to process the refund for any cancelled order, once the order status is in DISPATCHED.
    RedCooker may cancel an order if the item requested is not available for any reason. You will be notified and a refund will be processed for the same.

    Please Note: Payments made through the wallet will be refunded to the Wallet only.

    The cancellation must be made within 15 mins of placing the order, provided the order is not dispatched. Cancellations are subject to acceptance, RedCooker will refund the amount to your bank within 14 business days. In an unlikely event that the RedCooker delivers a wrong order, you have the right to reject the delivery of the wrong order and you shall be fully refunded for the missing item in the order. The order's completeness will be decided by comparing delivered food with the order placed through the website or RedCooker app.

  • RETURNS

    Returns will be applicable on account of wrong order, partial delivery without prior communication, and delayed delivery without prior communication.

    If the RedCooker can only do a partial delivery (a few items might be not available), its staff should inform you or propose a replacement for missing items. You have the right to refuse a partial order before delivery and get a refund. RedCooker shall bear the responsibility for wrong or partial delivery.
