You agree that, any contract for the Food and Food Delivery ordered through use of App and/or Website is between You and RedCooker; You agree to take reasonable care when providing RedCooker with your details and warrant that these details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering Food. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that You provide are of your own credit or debit card. RedCooker Service, which includes preparation, packaging, dispatch and delivery confirmation availed from the RedCooker App and/or Website is intended for your use only and You warrant that any Food purchased by You is not for resale and that You are acting as an end customer only and not as an agent for another party while receiving the Food, Food Delivery and RedCooker Service.

You understand that some type of Food may be suitable for Users within certain age ranges only. It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Food you are ordering is suitable for the intended recipient. RedCooker or its entities will not be responsible for any allergies or damage caused by wrong type of food ordered by you. Food will be delivered to the address as intimated by you while ordering. Delivery is done by RedCooker or a third party delivery service provider assigned by RedCooker within 1 Hour to 2 Hours of placing the order, Bulk orders are not covered under the mentioned delivery timing. All orders are delivered by a reputed delivery service. RedCooker will take reasonable care to deliver in a timely manner.

Once address is verified, the order will be confirmed by text message (SMS) to the registered number. The order confirmation message will confirm the order, subsequent text messages will inform you of the order status. The Final dispatch message will contain details of the delivery person along with the price of the Food, and a link to track your order.

When you placed your order, you confirm that your delivery location falls within the delivery areas before placing your order. RedCooker will not be liable to deliver the order if the delivery location lies outside of the 5KM delivery radius, or in case wrong delivery address is provided.

RedCooker will make every effort to deliver within the time stated; however, RedCooker will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the Food is not delivered within the estimated delivery time quoted, You may also contact RedCooker by email and RedCooker will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as reasonably possible.

In case, RedCooker discovers that one or more of products ordered are unavailable. RedCooker reserves the right to cancel the order after communicating the same to You or offer a replacement for a similar price.

If you fail to accept delivery of Food at the requested time or RedCooker is unable to deliver at the nominated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions or authorizations, then the Food shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such Food shall pass to you and you shall indemnify RedCooker in full for such cost.

You must ensure that at the time of delivery of Food, adequate arrangements including access to the gated compound and other security information are provided to ensure safe delivery of food. RedCooker cannot be held liable for any damage, cost or expense incurred to such delayed delivery caused by failure to provide adequate access or arrangements for delivery.

While accepting your order RedCooker will be liable to:

  • Deliver the Food at the place of delivery requested by you in your order;
  • Deliver within 1 Hour to 2 Hours of placing the order.
  • Inform you if they expect that they are unable to meet the estimated delivery time.

RedCooker will not be liable for:

Delayed, partial or non-delivery of the order due to an act of god, Force Majeure or circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to excessive traffic, water logging etc. Wrong Deliver due to change of the delivery address by the customer once order is dispatched. Wrong Delivery address provided by the customer. Allergic reactions or any other illness caused to known pre-existing condition. Sickness or ill health caused to consumption of food after the reccommended consumtion date.

RedCooker and associated entities shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. You understand and accept that it might not be possible for RedCooker to deliver to some locations. In such cases, RedCooker will inform you accordingly and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to any alternative delivery address. In case, Food Delivery is not possible for whatsoever reason, RedCooker will let you know by text message (SMS) or phone call. You understand and acknowledge that an in unforeseeable events or Force Majeure events, RedCooker may not be able to reach and/or communicate with You about the non-delivery.
