RedCooker is a technology driven food ordering platform that brings global cuisine prepared by experience Chefs and regional home food under one roof. Our chef prepared plated meals ensure you have exciting options to order from. Unlike a traditional restaurant with a fixed menu, RedCooker menus are constantly changing. This is to make sure that you are never bored with our offerings. Meals are delivered at a pre-selected time slot to your home or office so that you save time and get an incredible meal like never before.

What kinds of meats & ingredients do you use?

Our meats are sourced from Halal certified vendors while our fruits and vegetables are sourced from local suppliers after a thorough check on quality of produce. Our offerings are made fresh and free from MSG.

Who cooks at RedCooker?

Our gourmet offerings are prepared by Chefs who have experience working with 5-star hotels and are well aware of the health and safety standards. Our home cooked offerings are prepared by our Home Chefs who are selected after a rigorous selection procedure which involves food tasting, quality testing along with health & safety checks.

Each meal is enough for one adult person.

Do you take phone orders?

Nope. We don't take phone orders at the moment.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum amount for delivery. You can order any dish on the menu.

My order has been delayed. What should I do?

We are really sorry that your order has been delayed, this generally does not happen. You can track your order from the RedCooker app or the website. Delivery
Where does RedCooker deliver?

Presently, we are serving ITPL, Whitefield, Marathahalli - Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, and Bellandur. But, are rapidly expanding to Koramangala, Indiranagar. We will be in your area very soon!

What are the delivery timings?

Our delivery timings are from 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM.

How do I check the order status?

You can track your order on our app and website, once you have received an order confirmation SMS. On website, you can click the Track Your Order link on top-right corner. On App, you can go to your Order History page, in your account, from where every order is trackable.

Payment, promos & offers
How can I pay for my order?

Right now, we only accept Cash on Delivery. Don't worry, we are working on sorting our online payment system and will have it online soon.

Do you accept Sodexo and Ticket restaurant coupons?

No. We don't accept Sodexo and Ticket restaurants. We only accept cash.

How do I use the coupon code?

You can use the coupon code at the time of Checkout.

My Coupon Code does not work?
